Previous tenants stayed 6 years and then last tenant 3 years. Their testimonial We have lived in this apartment for over 3 years and have enjoyed it immensely. The area is beautiful, quiet and the apartment looks out into the woods, offering privacy that is hard to beat. The apartment also sits on a street that makes an excellent walking loop, as well as is close to walking paths through the forest. We have loved having Welean LLC as our landlords; they have been very quick to respond to any questions or minor services needed, and we have had no significant maintenance needs during our time here. We would happily stay here many years more if our work was not taking us across the country.
