Quiet location with great proximity to 101/202 for quick access. Cubs Park Just across the street for a great walk or to take dogs to the dog park there. The location here is fantastic. ASU campus not too far away as its an easy bike ride. Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview super close giving great restaurant and shopping options in this area. Remodeled home with tile but carpeting in the bedrooms, granite tops and ss appliances. Nice big backyard with nice patio covering (north/south exposure) and also great for animals. 2 car garage is a plus for parking or storage. RV gate access enabling more storage on the side of the house. Great house, area and neighborhood. Lease Terms: 2.5X monthly gross revenue ($6375) to the rent, for the household to qualify. 2 rental references and a decent credit score. Security deposit is 1 month rent. Pet rent: $250/non refundable pet deposit along with $25/mo per pet. Lots of great parking either garage, driveway, rv gate area or under big mesquite in the front yard for shade.
