About 705 Jackson St
My boyfriend & I are renting a beautiful little house in Albany & are looking for a mature, respectful, responsible, kind, & fun single or stable couple to rent the first floor one bedroom/one bathroom plus kitchen/family room on the first floor. The unit has its own entrance & is fully furnished as seen in the pictures posted. There is a kitchen with an attached living area & deck. The master bedroom has a full sized bed. The master bath includes washer & dryer units. Internet is available & there is plenty of street parking. Cafes, restaurants, & shops are all within walking distance. Two BART stations are within one mile from the house. The unit is available from July - November 30th, 2018. Rent is $1975- a month plus utilities. July rent is pro-rated depending on flexible move-in date, and the November 30th move-out date is final, and cannot be extended. A security deposit of $1975- and the first month s rent, for a total of $3950- is due at signing. A little about us - we re a filmmaker/musician on sabbatical from our home in Culver City. We ll be living on the second floor of the house with our 10 year old corgi/cattle dog mix. We ll be respectful with our practicing hours (Celtic Harp, Tibetan bowls, occasional piano), and request that we be allowed to use the washer/dryer in your unit as we don t have them upstairs in our part of the house. Our units are connected by an open staircase but neither of us need the staircase for access to our units so we ll all have privacy. We're looking forward to meeting the right person or couple to rent this space! The house has views of east bay mountains and the redwood trees next door.
