The Reserve at Elm is Jenks’ newest luxury apartment community. Here at The Reserve we have spared no expense for your comfort and convenience. Your new home will feature an open-concept layout. Inside each apartment are beautiful, large, open kitchens with stainless-steel finished appliances including built-in microwaves, dishwashers, self-cleaning ovens, and side-by-side refrigerators with filtered water and ice in the door. Your home has luxury carpeting throughout that accent the ceramic tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, each home has a pantry! Here at The Reserve each resident will have large bedrooms with generous closet space. Each bedroom is cable-ready and comes with its own ceiling fan. You won’t have to worry about window coverings because your new home is equipped with 2’’ blinds. We have a floor plan here that suits everyone’s needs!

Apartment staff are good to go, Clean apartment. Every call I have placed for maintenance has been returned and fixed in a timely manner. All maintenance staff are conversational and kind. They fixed my garbage disposal no questions asked, when I moved in they made sure the walls were touched up. and every time they are going to enter the apartment they leave a notice a couple days early. Squared away duty detail personnel that I see every morning picking up loose trash.

Office staff is not great. They are kind of friendly, as long as you don't complain about anything or bring up any concerns/issues. Lazy staff for sure. You'll never see them walking the grounds to ensure it is clean and well maintained. The small dog park is falling apart. The gate to the dog park doesn't close all the way as it is breaking. The posts surrounding the park are also falling apart and leaning. Small dogs can get out easily and big dogs can push themselves through the "fence" and gate. It's always dirty and full of dog feces. Sadly, not everyone picks up after their dogs and the groundskeeper just zooms around his golf cart pretending to be busy. Trash cans are always full which creates a fly problem. There are poop bag stations but these are usually empty so it's important you carry your own bags. It's not meant for kids yet many parents allow their children to play on the dog equipment which is now breaking and falling apart because of that. At one point there was a water bowl for the dogs but this has been broken and folded over so now it is moldy and has created a mosquito problem as it cannot be fully emptied, removed, or cleaned. The office will send emails regarding people leaving their trash bags outside their apartments overnight, stating, "have pride in where you live and take it to the dumpster." However, you'll never see the staff walking around ensuring property is clean and in good working order. So no pride in where they work. The maintenance crew just hangout in their garage smoking and watching videos on their phones. If you ask for something to be fixed, you will get lots of attitude and it will be "fixed" the cheapest way possible. Rent goes up every year instead of having a renewal discount. You do get one free carpet cleaning with your renewal but they will not tell you about it. I found out through a neighbor. Apartments are nice, carpet in every room, including living room, which is odd considering it's a pet friendly complex. Hot water lasts about 5 minutes before it gets cold and that's "normal" according to the maintenance supervisor. Garages are an extra $75 a month. If your gate fob stops working and you need it replaced, you will be charged $50, even if it is not your fault that it stopped working. Every chance they get, they will charge for something. If the outside plants around your apartment die, they will tell you that you can plant whatever you want. Then when the gardeners come to mow, they will not be careful and simply mow them down. They will blow the cut grass and plants off of the walkways right into your patios. I want to clarify that I'm not complaining, I'm simply stating facts so that you have all the information if you are considering moving to this apartment complex.
