Large 3 bedroom house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fenced in back yard, and a two car garage. Right away when you enter the front door you are in the living room, the living room has the stairs going to the second floor. The next room is a formal dinning room, which has a sliding glass door to the outdoor porch area. Off the formal dinning room, which has access to the main floor bathroom. If someone wanted, this room could be used as a main floor bathroom. The kitchen is large with a lot of counter space. There is a separate laundry room and mud room off the kitchen. The basement is non-finished. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms, with a full bathroom. Pets allowed with a $750 with $25 pet rent per animal Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
