Bonus: A large under home storage, a dog run area (see pictures), a deck with wooded views of Mill Valley, and a two car carport with extra storage. Owner will accept small dog 20lbs or less pending approval of breed and additional $1,000.00 security deposit. No cats please. Rent includes monthly yard service and sewer fee paid by Owner.
