Close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport as well as easy access to Routes 95 and 9. Minimum credit score of 650, full-time employment and two references required for all applicants 18 and over. Combined income for occupants must be $6500 or greater. A $35/adult non refundable application fee to do background check will be collected with each application.
