The neighbors are friendly and there's plenty of street parking available. The house is down the road from the Virginia Beach Towne Center and 15 minutes from JEB Little Creek - Fort Story. The remaining roommates are all in the military but 1 of them is also a college student. They're all of Asian descent and the landlord has a dog who's very well-mannered. 2 males (including landlord) are in the Navy and the other roommate (female) is in the Army Reserves. Everything else in the house is provided so you'd just have to worry about your room and personal belongings such as food and clothes.
