Thank you for considering our apartment community in Grandview. We are a small neighborhood complex, we have great tenants, the complex is quiet and very well maintained and our apartments are well appointed. Our “Fantastic Specials” are as follows: 2 Bedroom / 1.5 Bath $675/mth and you pay only $99 for your 1st month (no Deposit, no Application fee) 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath $575/mth and you pay only $99 for your 1st month (no Deposit, no Application fee) Candlelite is one of the few "all utilities paid" communities in the area and that is especially important today, given gas and electricity costs. Utilities account for up to 1/3 (or more) of the average renters monthly housing expenses. This is not just about who pays the bills, but about the size of the bills. An inefficient or poorly maintained HVAC unit may still keep you comfortable but it may be using 2 or 3 times the electricity or gas to do the job! If your paying the utility bills what incentive does your landlord have to keep your HVAC units running efficiently? We see and pay the utility bills every month and we make sure our HVAC systems are working efficiently. Affordability is great, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t feel safe. Grandview has the 2nd lowest crime rate in the metro area, behind only Lee's Summit. In addition, our complex has one of the lowest police incident rates in South KC based on the KC Star’s weekly “Safety Net Reporting”. One last thing, don't underestimate the city of Grandview. The new Grandview Triangle (Hw's 435/71/470 interchange) is complete and new development is underway in almost every corner of the city. Good luck with your apartment search!
