Hi! I’m a terrible photographer. The room and the apartment are much larger than they appear. Hi my roommate is leaving and I am looking for someone to move in October 1st. Apartment is spacious with a great kitchen and a washer and dryer unit in the basement that we share with 2 other apartments. There is a parking space for a car and the rent is $980 all utilities included ($900 for rent, gas, water, and parking and $80 for cable and internet) Everything but the bedroom is furnished. It is walking distance to many great restaurants and shops - 15 min walk to pentagon city mall, and 10 minute walk to Crystal City Metro. There are ample parks, running/walking/biking paths nearby. Close to the rock climbing gym and other fun fitness activities. About me, your potential new roommate and pandemic buddy: I am a 31 year old woman - decently tidy - liberal - and have successfully lived with roommates for my entire adult life (thank you DC cost of living) with mostly positive reviews. Since I am searching during a pandemic, initial meetings and tours of the apartment will be done virtually by video, but you will be able to see the apartment in person before making your decision. Seriously, this spot is prime, the rent is much lower than similar apartments in the area. The landlord is caring, responsible, and very efficient with repairs. Highly recommend.
