Modern loft feel with exposed brick, soaring ceilings, a wall of windows in the living area and harwood flooring. Bathroom includes standup shower and separate whirlpool tub. Master includes walk in closet with large space above for extra long-term storage. This home has it all including a private patio with relaxing view, washer and dryer hookup, controlled building access, all situated on a mature lot with great views of greenspace. Gated community includes 1 designated parking space in covered parking deck and 1 designated parking space close to building entry in lot, guest parking is available. Resident ONLY PAYS FOR WIFI AND ELECTRIC! Google fiber is available. All adults over the age of 18 residing in home must complete an application. $50 fee per applicant. If approved $75 admin and nonrefundable 1 month reservation fee due immediately (reservation fee is applied towards first full months' rent after move-in). 1 month deposit due upon move-in. Home is still occupied, must provide 24 hour notice to Resident. Showings will begin on April 8th with the following options for showings: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11AM-1PM each day Tuesday, Wednesday 4-6 PM Saturday 11-1 Maximum one pet allowed. Pet references are required from the prior landlord, pets must be registered, and renters' insurance is required. An additional $500 deposit is required per pet. NO SMOKING or vaping indoors. Applications accepted ONLY via Emerald Property Management website. We do not accept cash payments, all payments must be made via the Emerald Property Management Website.
