When it's time to step away, there are two generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom has two closets for extra storage use. Hardwood floors were just finished, so they glisten in the sunlight. One of the best features of this home is that when it's time to go to downtown Amherst, just exit right out your door and explore the mix of shops, restaurants, cafes, and cultural attractions. Stroll through the nearby parks, head to the renowned Amherst College or UMass campus, or go shopping in Hadley and Northampton. We are seeking a 12 month lease. The monthly rent of $1,795 includes water, sewer, trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas for heat and hot water, and internet. The unit has a fridge and stove. Nearby laundromats are available. Cats are welcome for $50 per month. Sorry, no dogs allowed. Screening Criteria: 1) Combined monthly income equal to or greater than 3X the rent ($5,385+). 2) Credit score of 650 or better. Scores between 600 and 650 require a co-signer. 3) No evictions, judgments, or bankruptcies. 4) Criminal background check will be performed, and offenses will be reviewed. 5) First, last, and security ($1,500) due prior to move in.
