Stroll through the nearby parks, head to the renowned Amherst College or UMass campus, or go shopping in Hadley and Northampton. We are seeking a 12 month lease. The monthly rent of $1,795 includes water, sewer, trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas for heat and hot water, and internet.
