Sixty-01 is a gated community on the border of Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue. Our home is a fourth floor penthouse with amazing views of the lake the community is built around. We have 1,000 square feet and are renting out the spare bedroom to a single person. The room is about 200 square feet, not including your closet or private patio. It has a 47" TV and a desk to work at. You are free to use whatever streaming services we happen to be subscribed to that the time and will happily add them to the Roku, or you can add your own. Heating is per room so you may set your own temperature. There is no assigned parking, however, we rarely have any issue parking in front of the entrance. The rent includes electricity, water and wifi. You're free to make use of the kitchen, living room, big patio and the in-unit washer/dryer. The Sixty-01 community also has a number of benefits. There is a gym with equipment a five minute walk away, a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant, pool table, ping pong, etc. There are four pools on site, open during the summer months, the closest being less than two minutes away on foot. If you enjoy hiking/running we are a 15 minute walk from Bridle Trails State Park which offers 28 miles of forested trails. There is also a trail circling the lake right out front if you like a quick morning jog. You will be sharing the condo with my wife and I, two 30-year old tech yuppies, and our two cats. We are both currently working from home, so we're around all the time. We love to have company and definitely don't seclude ourselves, but we're respectful of your privacy if you prefer to be by yourself. Sorry we cannot accommodate any additional pets. Rent includes all water, electricity and wifi, there are really no additional costs. We do not require a fixed lease term, but we do ask for a one month security deposit and request you let us know at least a month ahead of moving out.
