Sliding glass doors from the dining area take you to the deck of the two-car garage. There is a small bonus room in the garage w/ gym equipment. The home features high ceilings, hardwood floors and is filled with natural light. Property is centrally located, 10 minutes from Midtown/downtown, and is close to many shopping areas and restaurants. Owners pay water, sewer, garbage, and HOA dues. Small pets are available for approval. Renter's Insurance is required. Screening Guidelines: 1. All individuals planning to live on the property over the age of 18, must apply. Application fee is $40.00 per adult. 2. A credit score of at least 625 is normally required. 3. Good rental references. No evictions, no bankruptcy, no exceptions. 4. A household monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount (or a verifiable cash reserves). 5.
