I could not be happier with my decision to move into Bella Vista! I have been living here since February 2024. Maybe we lucked out with the building and location that we chose, but our Phase/Location and Building is extremely quiet and we feel very safe! The Maintenance Staff does a great job at keeping the grounds clean. Amaya M., in the office, always has a smile on her face and could not be sweeter or more helpful! This complex is the perfect home for families and dog lovers!
Bella Vista was literally the needle in the haystack for me. I had been searching for the perfect apartment for 2-3 months, had toured over a dozen different properties and homes, and eventually- was starting to come to terms with the fact that I shouldn’t be so picky and should just settle with whatever works decently.
That is until I found Bella vista. 3 pools, a sauna, multiple gyms, and great area? Why not; and their website seemed very appealing so I decided to do one more tour.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Samantha and little did I know she would give me the best tour I’ve ever taken. She is absolutely knowledgeable, kind and so warm. Despite my barrage of questions, she was patient, welcoming and not pushy at all! She was also so polite when I asked her if I could record our tour so I could show it to my partner which I really appreciated. If you come to Bella vista for a tour and you’re lucky to be accompanied by Samantha, I promise you will love it!
Following our tour, I still had even more questions for Samantha, and again- she was so cordial, polite and friendly. If you’ve toured units before, you know that this is not something common. Especially to the extent she provided.
I want to give many kudos to Samantha for being the kindest and warmest person I’ve encountered in my apartment search, many thanks!
Also, thank you to Natalia who greeted me with the biggest smile and warm welcome when I returned to Bella vista.
Bella Vista has a wonderful team in their office; and this is not something many people elsewhere can say! :)
Bella Vista is a BEAUTIFUL and well maintained community. No property is perfect, even Disneyland has people who complain and throw tantrums. From what I've seen - a property that's been around for 20+ years? They must be doing something right. The office is always busy, so I can't imagine this is an easy job to have - especially at a community this big! The leasing office really works together to make sure the leasing and move in process is as seamless as possible. It really does take a village! Danielle got our move in taken care of in less than a day! As for the maintenance team - whoever heard of an entire service team pulling together to get a unit ready in a matter of hours?! Special shoutout to Julio for his commitment and effort! Also thank you to Marvin for his attention to detail! The leasing office was so warm and welcoming - it truly was an exceptional "welcome home." From the get go, I knew this was the place for us! It's easy to talk about something you love and our leasing consultant Samantha LOVES Bella Vista. I've never heard anyone talk about a property or apartment so excitedly or passionately. She knows what she's doing and she's a genuine person. She was right when she compared it to Disneyland! The amenities are never-ending and the renovations and upkeep - WOW! It's hard not to buy into a 12 month lease from such a sweet and caring girl. Thank you Samantha, Danielle, Josie, Julio, Marvin, Pedram, Pouria, Isosa, Natalia, Doug, Amaya, Patrick, Danny, and Tyler for helping make Bella Vista a place we can call "home."
1st Update on the Maintenance (2/18/21): I ran into a problem with the clogged garbage disposal and submitted a service request via the online portal at 3 pm. The maintenance team was over here the next morning at 9 am and took care of the issue fast and in a very professional manner while I was working behind my desk. I would add another star for this experience if I could :)
I'm very happy to live at Bella Vista as my first apartment building in the LA area. I moved a few days ago from Chicago and had a hassle free experience working through everything online, from a virtual tour to signing the lease while being thousands of miles away, and throughout the whole process Marjorie from the leasing office was the best agent I could wish for, so I wanted to deerly thank her here again! This is a beautiful and peaceful community with amazing amenities and friendly neigbors.

The whole team here, leasing staff and maintenance, is amazing, cannot express my appreciation for them enough. They are always communicative, professional, and deliver above and beyond for their residents. The amenities are awesome, and the community of people here is great too. Highly recommend this place to live in Woodland Hills!

My AC went out... I just want to say Julio Tomayoshe Has been here since I've lived here over 10 years and he is one of the best service persons around. He kept me informed and luckily the AC was here within 2 days and everything is working perfectly. Bella Vista is very lucky and fortunate to have such a great employee as Julio thank you so much
