Located within a four unit complex, this one bedroom has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Enter the common guards to fruit trees and your own well sized, side patio. Your front door walks into a large mud room that can easily be used as an enclosed front patio. Hardwood flooring throughout and an open concept kitchen/living space. The living room comes equipped with a wall ac unit, wall furnace, TV mount and built in cabinets. The kitchen has a small nook, refrigerator, electric stove and countertop microwave provided but without warranty. Large bedroom has an additional wall ac unit, built in cabinets and a walk in closet. Owner covers sewer, water, and trash; tenants are responsible for PG&E, their own utilities, their own yard maintenance directly around the house, and must carry renter’s liability insurance with a minimum of $100,000 coverage. One assigned parking spot or street parking. To qualify for initial application review, the following criteria must be met: 1. Gross income of 3x rent (must be verifiable) 2.
