The apartment is in the Flowers Building (610 W Morgan) of West Village with a dog park nearby, one minute walk to downtown Durham (i.e. easy access to W. Main St, Geer St. American Tobacco Trail, etc.), and about 0.5 miles to East Campus for running or transportation to Duke. The community is a mixture of young-to-mid professionals and graduate students. Building is well-maintained and maintenance is available 24/7. I love this apartment and would be happy to show it (w/ masks and socially distanced) at your convenience.
