I was led on a tour of this beautiful community with my mother by the Manager, Emily. Everything was pristine! The water in the outdoor pool was sparkling and the sauna effect of the indoor pool was relaxing. The model apartments were beautiful and well laid out. My favorite pieces were the roomy closets, ample storage, and the built in desks. The community is within walking distance of Publix as well as driving distance of Brier creek shopping center. Commuting to Raleigh and Chapel Hill is very easy since it is right off of 85. You can tell that the team is really invested in making the community a great place for each of its residents! Although I loved commune the apartments, it was a bit out of my price range, but if you can swing it… the community is well worth it!

If you are looking to relocate to a nice, quiet location in Durham then the Ellis Station is the place for you and/or your Family!! The leasing office staff Kyler, Irving, Emily, and Lisa are AMAZING!! They are also genuine kind people, and we cannot thank them enough for their huge hearts and excellent customer service. Not to mention it is beautiful at this complex, with great amenities. I must give a special, special shout out to Lisa!! She sealed the deal with my decision to choose the Ellis Station and gave an IMPRESSIVE tour!! It was on a Sunday, and I had a few follow up questions and she advised me that she would send me an email. She did just that, same day on a Sunday!! She also made it personable with a follow up email and remembered my son and dog’s name!! We are incredibly happy here and thank you again!!

I had an excellent tour today with Irving! He was very patient and listened to all my desires for an apartment and proceeded to show me what would really fit my needs. He explained all the details to me and was very excited about the property and the construction of the additional amenities. His way of making us feel welcomed and at home really has me wanting to live here! Thank you !!!

We recommend the ALL NEW Ellis Station apartments! To give you a clear picture will require some detailing! After all this isn’t the same as restaurant review. Coming up from Florida to be near family and found buying property in North Carolina to be complicated. For example North Carolina law requires that ‘earnest money’ be held in an escrow BEFORE an inspection! If the property proves unexpectedly flawed (like contaminated well or bad septic system) you CANNOT back out without losing your ‘earnest money’ (usually between $5000 to $20,000). Renting was an easy solution.We found Ellis Station & have been delighted with all its amenities! Brand new Indoor & outdoor pools, visual sports, huge exercise room, games room with pool table, ping pong and pinballs, business center, car washes, pet wash room, tennis, pickleball, soccer, basketball court, big and little dog parks, green space, community gas bbq area and fully equipped penthouse clubhouse (grills, exercise equipment, kitchen, tvs and terrace and inside siting areas! Everything requires fob security including phone controlled entrance, consierge garbage removal & apartment insurance! Plus the on premise management team stands ready to help at every turn, like emails us when packages get delivered etc. In conclusion it’s really nice, every floor has a sitting area next to the elevators and to move in to a space never lived in before with nicely finished kitchen & patio has been a treat for us! We found rents here to be very reasonable (got a month free). There are Restaurants a Sheets and a Publix next door! Need an apartment? Check these homes out!!

Emily is a fantastic property manager. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful! The apartments she showed (1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom) were amazing. I loved that each bedroom had built in desks and storage. Also, the amenities offered here are truly one of a kind. I’ve never heard of an apartment complex having that many amenities before (theater room, arcade room, track field, tennis court, indoor & outdoor pool, etc.). I definitely recommend giving this place a tour!

Where do I even begin?! The leasing office staff - Emily, Lisa, Kyler and Irving are the most kind human beings I have ever come across. They are so enthusiastic and engaging and want to make sure all of your needs as a resident are being met. I feel comfortable going to them with any needs I have. The amenities are wonderful and have been maintained very well. I haven’t had any issues with utilizing them and my friends that have visited expressed how enjoyable they are. The property is also nice and in a convenient location. Very close to Downtown Durham and Raleigh. I was initially worried about it being close to the highway and hearing lots of noise, but when indoors you can’t hear much of the outside unless it’s the exception (ambulance, fire truck, etc)! I am happy in my decision to be here 🫶🏽❤️
