I recently visited Lenox at Patterson Place in hopes of finding a safe, comfortable apartment. What I didn't expect to find was just how down to earth the leasing office staff was. Teddi, in particular, was extremely friendly and I truly felt like I mattered.
If you are in need of an affordable, safe, and beautiful apartment home, definitely give them a call!

I hadn’t been to this property in a while. Ebony was very warm and inviting. She did a great job explaining the options. I could tell she put a nice touch on the office space since my last visit as well. I would highly recommend this property!
I have recently moved here away from my hometown to finish my education in college. It has been an incredible experience to be welcomed by the Leasing Consultants, they are very professional, supportive, kind, patient, and attentive people. The amenities are really great and welcoming to the community. It is very beneficial to live here if you are starting out with your own apartment. There are many grocery’s and restaurants around the are that are accessible for anyone's. I am very grateful that I have made the decision to live at Lenox as my new home! Thank you Lenox at Patterson Place to accept me as your new resident.

We lived at Lenox from 2022 to 2023 and our experience was great. Reflecting on things, we wish we never left. All of the staff (leasing office to maintenance staff) were incredible, friendly, and worked with us to solve any issues that came up. Very rarely did we have any maintenance issues, and in the event that we did, we never had to wait any extended period of time for them to be fixed. Each time that routine maintenance/inspections needed to be completed, management always communicated, with plenty of time in advance, when staff would need to enter the apartment. Can't say enough great things about this complex.

While I think Lenox at Patterson Place is too intrusive in the frequency in which they enter the apartments, the maintenance staff is phenomenal. Hector is friendly, professional, and knows everything. My review though is to recognize Hayden (AKA Laws). I truly believe he saved my life and saved may apartment, if not the building, from burning down. Hayden is one of the friendliest people you will every meet. He is so nice and respectful, but like Hector, he is a genius with the many facets of apartment maintenance. Last night, my dryer stopped working, but it just seemed to be radiating heat, so I called maintenance. I was anticipating that they would tell me I was overacting. Laws immediately responded to my call and told me to turn off the breaker. He showed up this morning. He discovered that the dryer vent had not been installed properly by the previous maintenance crew. Laws was sawing the drywall and connected the dryer properly. He was astute and realized that there was a deeper issue. I am not technical, so it had something to do with the fuse and coils, but he showed me that it was black. He took my dryer not working seriously, and treated it as the emergency that it was, and I believe saved my life and property. I am so grateful to Laws, and he deserves recognition. I think the entire Lenox at Patterson Place Maintenance Staff deserves recognition because they are professional, smart, intuitive, respectful, friendly, fast, and experts in all they do. Thank you, Laws!! Thank you, maintenance. I appreciate all you do for the residents.

The transition from my home town to Lenox at Patterson place was extremely smooth . I did run into a couple problems but Joy made it very easy for me to get into my apartment . She was kind , Respectful and gave me options and opportunities to ensure me a good stay . She also went above and beyond for me

The staff and maintenance are so kind! Just now Jake from the office had happen to walk by and see me and my partner struggling to carry a table up the stairs and he did it all by himself! So grateful haha
Also the maintenance workers are so friendly and do a great job with any work order. I wasn’t able to catch his name but one worker helped me put a heavy box into my car and all of them always wave at me from their golf carts when I pass them while driving. Very welcoming!
This is by far my favorite apartment I’ve rented from. When we were initially looking the person giving us a tour was so kind, helpful, and thorough in answering our questions. During our year there maintenance was always quick to come, and I was always impressed with the preventative maintenance that was scheduled and the communications that went out about it. Within the past few months there’s seemed to be an increase in community events which is great if you’re looking for that. Pool and gym were always clean and I was always able to find a spot at either place. My husband and I especially liked that there was an option for a 2 Bed 1 Bath. Since it was just the two of us we didn’t feel the need for another bathroom which is typically the only option at other communities. We bought a house which led us to move out, and during that process Brandy has been so patient in answering our questions and making sure it’s been a smooth transition. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place as it’s in a great location, pricing is average, and I felt safe.
A few things to note, there are a lot of kids in this complex so at times it’s not quiet. As per any complex, the smell of weed was present at times. The complex is aware of this and does the best they can. Lastly, we believe our apartment had been sitting for a while before we moved in, didn’t seem to be cleaned and had a lingering smell of smoke. Thankfully we planned ahead and were able to clean it before moving in.
