My husband and I were looking to move ASAP, and Alicia made the process so smooth and easy! She was extremely helpful and reassuring: answered all our questions, organized information clearly, and helped us determine what was best for US. After signing the lease, she continued to be promptly available and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The properties are very well maintained, with flooring, carpets, and appliances being updated regularly. Cleaning scheduled BEFORE our move in, which is amazing! Overall an incredible renting experience so far (which as many of us know, is quite rare!). Thank you Alicia!!

Very nice community in close proximity to downtown Durham. The staff was super helpful and I enjoyed my tour. I plan to live here next year!
