About 602 E 2nd Ave
This nice neat older 2 bedroom one story house has both bedrooms on the east side of the house with the bathroom situated between the bedrooms. Open living room, kitchen and dining area make up the west side of the house. The house has many double pane insulated windows. A large front porch with lots of windows. Nice back deck with an enclosed back yard and a single car detached garage. Basement is usable for storage and man cave but not a bedroom as there are no egress windows. The furnace has the central air conditioning on it. The is a newer breaker box electrical with underground electrical service to the house (no busted line in an ice storm...this is South Dakota). Appliances furnished. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. (Important info to fill out is Name, phone number and email) 2. One of our representatives will reach out to you. 3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view. 4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 5. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 6. Sign a Lease 7.
