About 5820 Waterford Valley Crescent
I am terminating my lease at The Pointe at Crabtree apartment complex early because I am going back to school and am looking for someone to take over my lease (not a sublet). I have lived in the apartment since October of last year and it has a really nice community. The neighbors are nice and there is always crowd at the pool/cookout area. I have enjoyed my time here and would not be leaving if I was staying in the Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity for someone to take over my apartment at a slightly lower rent cost than what is currently offered. Apartment details: 1 BR, 1 BA 685 sq ft Rialto floorplan near front office (gym, racquetball court, large outdoor pool, mailboxes, laundry room) with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, hookups for a washer/dryer, small storage room, and private balcony. Great location on the corner of Pleasant Valley Drive and Duraleigh Road - right off of Glenwood between the Brier Creek Shopping Center and Crabtree Valley Mall. This apartment is a great deal for the money considering the awesome Raleigh location!!
