I absolutely love living here, the staff is so incredibly friendly. I have a sincere appreciation for management, in particular, Bridget Poindexter. She is always pleasant and extraordinarily professional. Here recently the community started a process, undergoing loads of changes that will bring about even more enhancements for the residents. During this process my unit needed maintenance attention on a few items, these issues created a handful of office visits. Bridget went above and beyond to resolve my issues in a timely manner. I cannot thank her enough. Her attention and consideration is unmatched, and although she had a multitude of other tasks at hand, she still managed to exceed expectations. I truly love residing here. I hope to buy a house some day, however, under this type of comfort and management, I could never tire of living here. My stay has been awesome and I'm so thankful. This is an exciting time to be a renter here. I am looking forward to experiencing the new and improved amenities here at Avalon Bay. I highly recommend this property, you will feel safe and right at home here.

One of the best properties I have ever live in. CPP staff is always attentive and nice! I love it here Grounds are always clean and I have to mentioned that if you choose CPP as your home you will enjoy of a beautiful view and sunset every afternoon, it gives you an environment of relaxation. Highly recommend staying here.
