Lived here two months and have had a great experience so far! The office staff are incredibly nice and helpful from drop in tours to getting accounts set up. The maintenance staff is very responsive and putting requests in online is super easy. I love the giant sink, oven and microwave. Hot water is unmatched. Access to the lake is awesome! Quiet community. Lots of trees.
I only know the maintenance is so responsive bc the dish washer, Drier and fire alarm all broke from normal use. The gym is lacking and some of the facilities are old/dated but otherwise great experience so far!

I’ve lived in Camden Lake for over a year now, and I’ve been nothing but happy with my stay! I truly feel at home. The community is warm, welcoming, and family oriented. They have planned activities throughout the year that the residents are able to participate in, and they even schedule food trucks to come into the community!
However, the maintenance team here is really what’s impressive. Justin & Mark both really go above and beyond to make sure the community is kept together and all the residents are happy. Justin is the maintenance supervisor, and he does a WONDERFUL job! The maintenance team is a HUGE part of where this community shines.

Had a tour at Camden Lake Pine today with Erica. I was greeted in a beautiful building immediately when I walked in. Erica was ready to take me around the community. I wanted to tour a 1 bed loft apartment and a 2 bedroom apartment. We saw the loft apartment first and it was stunning. Erica did a great job of pointing out details I may want to consider such as flooring, kitchen colors, and closet size. I was very impressed with how closely the online pictures looked to the actual apartment. We then saw the 2 bedroom apartment which was just as great and had unique features. After seeing the apartments, Erica showed me some of the garages, the second pool area and the car wash station! We also passed a pond with a walking trail and a dog park. A very thorough tour! Once back to the office, she pulled up quotes for all the apartments that would suit what I am looking for and took into account my love of the loft apartment and large storage spaces. She was super friendly, easy to talk to and you could tell she really cared about the apartment community. Overall a great experience!

My fiancé and I just recently moved out of Camden Lake Pine and our experience was more than stellar. From the fast and effective maintenance team, Justin, Amanda, they made everything so easy with move out. After we moved out we had a package delivered to our old address and they were kind enough to hold it in the office and let us know to come pick it up. Nick the leasing Consultant was always so helpful to answer any questions and we always loved to stop by to say hello when we could. They do a great job to keep the community clean and we recommend anyone looking for a home in the area to check them out. Thank you all for your kindness and patience.
