Its a little oasis in the middle of the city, both eclectic and cute! Comes with two parking spaces, new large capacity fridge, granite countertops, with a master walk-in closet. Stacking LG frontload washer/dryer provided onsite. Community is responsible, kind with a warm and welcoming vibe, people look out for each other, and its very safe. Blocks from Mueller, HEB, and all your needs. Also, Gas and water included. Furnace heater and stove are gas (included), and hot water provided by HOA (included). You only pay your own electric and internet costs. Electric rarely $150, typically between $115 and $85 per month, depending mostly on 24 hour cold A/C use during summer if you work from home. All internet options available (Spectrum, ATT, Grande etc). One dedicated parking spot inside the back gate, one float parking spot in front. All visitors must park across street due to limitations on parking. Both trash and recycling options onsite. You will be provided two parking permits (hangs from mirror). HOA president on site, so must be a quite and rule abiding person or couple. Rules are very reasonable, mostly about noise in community spaces after 10 pm, and parking.
