Condo is freshly painted, second story, fully remodeled balcony apartment in very desirable location. Balcony and front windows overlook the pool, which is especially beautiful at night. Its a little oasis in the middle of the city, both eclectic and cute! Comes with two parking spaces, new large capacity fridge, granite countertops, with a master walk-in closet. Stacking LG frontload washer/dryer provided onsite. Community is responsible, kind with a warm and welcoming vibe, people look out for each other, and its very safe. Blocks from Mueller, HEB, and all your needs. Also, Gas and water included. Furnace heater and stove are gas (included), and hot water provided by HOA (included). You only pay your own electric and internet costs. Electric rarely $150, typically between $115 and $85 per month, depending mostly on 24 hour cold A/C use during summer if you work from home. All internet options available (Spectrum, ATT, Grande etc). One dedicated parking spot inside the back gate, one float parking spot in front. All visitors must park across street due to limitations on parking. Both trash and recycling options onsite. You will be provided two parking permits (hangs from mirror). HOA president on site, so must be a quite and rule abiding person or couple. Rules are very reasonable, mostly about noise in community spaces after 10 pm, and parking. Roomate situations will be considered, prefer single payor. Pool closes exact ontime, I believe at 10 pm (might have changed to 9pm). Condo has a very active private facebook page and people active in community, helping each other, pet sitting, or just where to eat, free stuff etc. Directly across the street is Hank's deli and cafe, 1 block from CVS, just down street from Mueller HEB complex. Preferably, I am looking for an independent couple or person whom is willing to meet plumbers etc as nessesary. Includes HSA warranty (home warranty) which covers all major appliances, such as Heat, A/C, electrical, stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, clothes washer/dryer and plumbing/faucet issues, etc. By contract, HOA requires that you maintain renters insurance (typically less than $30/month) NOTE: There is no garage, however there is a shared bicycle storage with room for 2 bike (may need to store them upstairs, depending on number of bikes etc). There is a dog park, HOA asks all residents to pick up after their pets with fines if not done. Prefer ontime payments with monthly automatic ACH bank transfers. Great place, Wonderful neighbors, helpful and friendly crew. Like living in a little bubble, in the city, but friendly and neighborly. Plus its really pretty to come home to at night.
