Unverifiable income will not be considered. - Employees: submit previous year's W2, paystubs (3 months) or copies of previous tax returns and include proof for ALL sources of income (Income from other rentals, small businesses, inheritance, alimony, savings, etc.). - Self-employed: Please supply tax returns for previous (2) two years AND (3) three most recent business related bank statements. - Each applicant over 18 will have a credit check, a nationwide eviction search and a nationwide criminal database performed. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. - Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. - Incomplete applications will not be processed (please make sure you upload all required documents listed above at once). - Dogs ok with $50/dog rent per month, per dog.
