The space features two bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub, stackable washer/dryer, fully fenced back yard (see note below), and parking in the driveway. Located on a quiet block between the Woodstock and FoPo neighborhoods, this home is within walking distance to multiple parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. Reed college less than 10 minutes by bike or car. Home Amenities Include: - 2 bedrooms - Full bathroom w/ tub/shower - Washer & Dryer in unit - Air Conditioning - Driveway parking - Large kitchen with ample cupboard space - Stainless steel full size fridge - Glass top, stainless steel electric range & oven Fenced Yard Note: The property features a fully fenced yard that is somewhat shared with the ADU tenants behind the home. Although their primary access is from the alley, they use the yard for moving trash cans and accessing their garage storage as needed. In person viewings beginning December 16th. Lease to begin as early as December 20th. LEASE TERMS: In person viewings beginning December 16th. One year lease required. UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for & billed directly by utility company for electric and internet. There is no smoking in the unit or directly around the building. For purposes of this policy, smoking is defined as igniting, boiling, lighting, heating, inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying or disposing of any lighted/ignited cigar, cigarette, marijuana, e-liquid, controlled substance, e-cigarette or other similar product. No open flames within the unit (i.e. candles, matches, etc.)
