The rest of the home has beautifully refinished hardwood floors and is just a short distance to Brookside, UMKC, Rockhurst, the Plaza and Waldo. Home has washer/dryer in the unfinished basement and fenced in back yard. Up to two cats or dogs allowed. Pets incur a one time $250 non-refundable Pet Deposit and a monthly $35 per pet fee. We do accept Housing Vouchers. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including, Electric, Water and Gas. Tenant is responsible for basic lawn care and snow removal. Be aware of scammers.
