There are wood-look floors, carpet, thermal windows and a marble tub in the master bedroom, with a separate shower and large walk-in closet. The living area boasts French doors to that open to the wood deck & patio – with a cozy gas-log fireplace, a wood mantel and built-in bookcase cabinets! The eat-in kitchen has a pantry, an electric range and oven, dishwasher, disposal and vented hood. The breakfast nook has a built-in wine rack. The upstairs game room has its own AC window unit. The back yard has a wood fence, and the yard is maintained by owner. Pets require owner approval, must be under 35 lbs. The Campagna Pet Screening is required with or without a pet: https campagnarealtors petscreening com $200 of pet deposit is non refundable. Approved applicants will be required to pay a $195 administration fee upon move in.
