Such a beautiful property. We moved here 4 months ago and could not be happier. The office is very helpful to anything I need, and the maintenance staff is amazing! Especially Mike!! He went above and beyond for us!! Thank you Equity for making our move a wonderful experience!

I had a great stay at this apartment when visiting family in California for the first time. The view was absolutely beautiful, the balcony was spacious, and the pool and hot tub were very clean and nice to use. The interior of the apartment was spacious and well-organized. Any help needed gets responded to expeditiously. Kathy and Michael were very hard workers that stood out and brought a smile to my face and brightened my visit. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I hope to stay again sometime soon.
