Cozy private Master Suite with separate entrance. While technically not an apartment, the space is completely separate from the rest of the house/living space. (There is a locked door that separates the rented space from the rest of the house.) There is one spacious bedroom, a living room, kitchenette and cozy bathroom. Also included is a covered private balcony/deck. There are about 16 stairs up to the entrance to the living area. There is no shared space with the rest of the house. Rent is $900 a month with an additional $100 for utilities (electricity, gas, water and garbage). We are not 420 friendly. We have little kids and unfortunately the smoke wafts in through the windows no matter how hard we try to seal them up. (I have no opinion on edibles, since there’s no smoke.) There’s absolutely no smoking/vaping on the property for the same reason. Since we do have kids, we are looking for someone who keeps pretty standard hours and doesn’t party at home late at night. Incidentally, the space is sparsely furnished if you need furniture. (If not, obviously we will move the furniture out!) If all of this interests you and you feel like you would be a good fit here, we’d love for you to come take a look!
