This ranch style single level home features the living room with fireplace and vaulted ceiling, dining area with sliding glass door to the backyard, kitchen with pantry, main bedroom with attached full bath, 2 closets and ceiling fan, 2 additional bedrooms, 2nd full bath accessible from the hall, and laundry room. The home has an attached double car garage with automatic opener, fenced backyard with patio and gas heat. Appliances included are gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer & dryer hook ups. Basic garbage & recycling is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Small pets allowed! Maximum of 2 pets, each 1 year old or older and 35 lbs or less, with pet rent of $25 per month per pet and additional refundable pet deposit.
