Available December/January Private bedroom with own bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment in Playa Vista at Lincoln blvd and Jefferson. I will occupy the master bedroom and the 3rd room can be used for extra storage space for both of us. I have 2 huskies that are beyond cute and adorable but obviously shed...a lot. They do have run of the apartment and are home all day while I'm at work so I need someone who is ok with this. I am also hoping to find someone who will also be ok with taking them out on occasion if I am not home. I also have two adult children (18 & 20) that would come by at various times as well. Household bills will be split 50/50 for Cable, Gas/Electric & Water You can look online at the amenities for the complex but we are in the best location ever! We have 2 pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, club house, etc. The complex is called Fountain Park at Playa Vista. Parking is tandem which could lead to some complicated parking issues depending on coming/going times. They do rent out extra spaces for $100 month which is an option as well.

I keep busy, play many sports, and social activities kept outside. Generally quiet in the apt. I'm very clean, respectful, & low-key. Have gotten along with both male/female roommates. Don't use drugs & looking for same. Preferably another responsible and awesome young professional. There is a rental application and credit check that is pretty quick. Looking to fill now.
