We have two rooms on the second floor of our 2000+ square foot home. One room is very large with 2 closets that could easily be a living room or a large bedroom. The other is a smaller room with a closet and could be a quant bedroom or an office / game room. This space also includes a private bathroom. Our home also has a guest room and a half bathroom downstairs for household use. There is a space in the garage for another car. We do not accept dogs, but some pets are accepted depending on the pet--please confirm beforehand.  We prefer people that keep to themselves. We would ideally live with other professionals as we are remote workers in corporate. We will charge a flat fee for all utilities rolled into the rent, including monthly maid service, water, gas, electricity, and internet.
