Upstairs you will find the main large kitchen along with 3 other bedrooms with bathrooms. One has it's own private entrance. There is a backyard and even a rooftop patio to hang out and bbq. Home is less than 2 miles from ASU and close to all that downtown Tempe has to offer!!! Landscape included in rent. One time $99 admin fee due at move in.
