Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and the apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort, and violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Late check out fee is at $50/hour. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
