"The Sanctuary" at S. Sierra. Beautiful, well-provisioned 2-story condo, steps to the beach! Two bedroom, 2 baths on ground floor, along with full-sized LG washer & dryer. Upstairs is full of light with open floor plan, soaring vaulted ceiling, living room, dining room, fully provisioned kitchen, balcony (with futon) and large high-end BBQ grill. Office and half bath upstairs. Kitchen is well-provisioned with everything you need!! Ceiling fans in every room. Entire condo has been beautifully updated. Stone shower in master with lots of pressure from the shower-head, bathtub in second bathroom, amazing porch and balcony to listen to the tranquil ocean, gas fireplace with blower, granite countertops in kitchen, heat in every room. Feel the ocean breeze while being only 68 steps from the securely gated side entry to the stairs, leading down to the ocean. Black-out curtains in master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the patio. Blinds in both rooms. Beautiful art throughout. TVs have TONS of channels and apps, including: Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, ESPN, HBO, STARZ, Movie Channels, Encore, Showtime, Cinemax and more! Complex has pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts. Within a quarter mile and easy walking to the best restaurants in town; Cedros Art District; the farmers market on Sunday; the world famous Belly Up performance bar; spas, massage, wine, bars, health, clubs, bike rentals, CVS, drugstore, the Horse track/Fairgrounds and much much more. We do our best to recycle. Separate bins provided. All of California is under water restrictions so please be mindful of running water. Security deposit dependent upon credit and references No smoking cigarettes/cigars on property (inside or out). No parties unless approved by host. Dogs allowed with nonrefundable dog fee. $250 per dog per stay. Sorry no cats (allergies). Rent by the month or multiple months!
