Hello, this is for a large bedroom (listed as living room in the floorplan), in a 5 bedroom apartment, currently the other roommates are all females and the roommates who are staying would like to keep it all female. You would be taking over the remainder of my lease (June, July, August) with the option to renew in September. Utilities are split 5 ways between all roommates and are usually between $50-$100 per person per month. There is free laundry in the basement. The room is large, with lots of light and good breezes. Roommates are easy to get along with, respectful and clean. The owner allows small dogs under 25lbs and a cat. Needed to move in are an application which includes a background check, first, last, and security deposit (total: $1860).
