Enter through the front door and you will find the adorable kitchen on your right, and the spacious living room on your left. The updated kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and loads of cabinet space. Admire the exposed brick fireplace while enjoying a meal at the dining table for 2! The first floor is perfect for entertaining guests. The easy flow from the kitchen to the living room, to the private outdoor patio with a bistro table, gas grill, and grassy area couldn't be better! On the second floor is the master suite. On this level you will find a comfortable bedroom with a Queen size bed and desk for all of your work from home needs. The spacious master bathroom is across from the bedroom and features a gorgeous tile shower, vanity, washer/dryer and more exposed brick. Head up to the third floor and you will find the guest bedroom. With two twin beds and plenty of storage, this is the perfect space for guests! There is also a full bathroom just across from the bedroom which features a large tile shower with a rain shower head and vanity. Conveniently located on Alexander Street, you are within walking distance to all of the best activities, restaurants, and shops Charleston has to offer. Walk across the street to a show at The Gailliard, grab a glass of wine at the charming Zero George Hotel or walk three blocks for great shopping on King Street! Parking for one small car is included in the gated driveway. No pets allowed. ** Please note the homeowners do live in the main house located on the property ** The Neighborhood: Ansonborough is known for its stately red-brick historic homes, mostly dating to the mid-1800s, along streets lined with palmetto and oak trees. Buzzy Southern restaurants, upscale seafood spots, and bakeries cluster on Market Street, while the elegant Charleston Gaillard Center stages Broadway shows and big-name concerts. The nearby waterfront offers the South Carolina Aquarium and ferry trips to Fort Sumter. Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
