Enter through the front door into the open and inviting living room, dining area, and kitchen. You will be greeted with loads of natural light from the many windows. This apartment was recently remodeled and includes a brand new kitchen featuring a gorgeous black waterfall countertop, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and plenty of cabinet space. There is countertop seating for two at the kitchen bar top. There is also a small dining table with seating for three-four situated in the large bay windows- perfect spot to enjoy gorgeous views of historic Charleston gardens and houses. You will also find a standing/sitting desk in this space, with an additional desk in the bedroom, perfect for your work from home needs! The green velvet sofa is both comfortable and eye catching, making it the perfect centerpiece for the living room. Opposite a large Smart TV, this is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie! There are also two chairs and a coffee table in this space making it perfect for entertaining friends! Tucked away in the corner is a high top table with a bar stool.
