Seeking a third roommate for a large, recently renovated three bedroom house at 50th and Florence in West Philly near University City, just a couple blocks from Dock Street, the Mariposa Food Coop, and the 34 trolley. The house has a huge downstairs common area with living room, separate dining room, eat-in BEAUTIFUL kitchen with new appliances, and an enclosed back and front porch/patio (see pictures; some of the furniture in the pictures will not remain). Free laundry in the basement and central AC (!). There are three relatively spacious rooms, two of approximately the same size and a third slightly larger. We are trying to fill one of the "smaller" ones for $525/month. You would join a new year-long lease starting July 1, and move-in would require that you pay first, last, and deposit, for a total of $1575. See pics in link above!
