The rental rate is for the period from June 7, 2025 - June 16, 2025. Super chic doesn't begin to describe this modernistic getaway in the heart of Lawrenceville. So much to appreciate in this multi-story townhome: from the 4-story elevator that will deliver you to the rooftop deck, kitchen and "grassy" area for the dog, to the 5 1/2' plunge pool with waterfall, firepit and retractable awning. Much of the furniture is RH, including the expansive king master bedroom ensuite. The master bath has an infrared sauna. The living space with modern fireplace is open to the well-equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining. Guests will also enjoy the wet bar and the home gym with boxing bag and weighted bands. Sonos throughout. The home can comfortably accommodate 5-6 guests. Owner will put a queen bed in the empty bedroom. Trendy, hip and unique have been used to describe Lawrenceville most recently. Restaurants do not disappoint in this regard. Those to try include Senti, The Vandal, Piccolo Forno and Pusadee's Garden (if you can snag a res). Also, stroll Butler Street for unique, locally owned stores and boutiques. 7% Allegheny County Hotel Tax paid by renter. Approx 10.1 miles to Oakmont Country Club.
