This apartment has a its own private patio to gather with friends. Additionally, the complex has another large backyard with a covered gazebo for a day of leisure. Come see it for yourself to fall in love with its layout and location. --------------------- Thank you for expressing interest in leasing the property located at 4630 Junius Apt A, Dallas TX. To ensure compliance with Texas law and to evaluate all applicants fairly, we have established the following application requirements for lease approval: There's a small additional fee of $75 per month for water, trash, and sewer.
