It includes a spacious living area with an accent wood wall, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, 2 well appointed bedrooms with two walk-in closets in the main bedroom, and a full bathroom. A pet will be considered, maximum of 1. Certain breeds are restricted and nothing over 25 lbs. There is a yard, but no fencing. Pet may not be left unattended outside at any time. Must clean up mess afterwards. All utilities are included in the monthly rent (electricity, water, trash) and Fiber Internet is provided as well. Yard care is provided.
