Community has 3 pools, parks, walking paths and is perfect for an active life-style. Property is pet friendly to a Max 2 spayed / neutered pets with add'l pet fee of $300 per pet fee. We do not list on OR FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE SO IF YOU SEE IT ON THERE IT IS A SCAM $50.00 non-refundable application fee per person, age 18 or over.
