We are a couple looking for a housemate in a two-story, three bedroom house within walking distance to the New York Ave. (NoMA-Galludet) Metro station. The room is available September 3, and the rent includes all utilities (cable, internet, and electric). The room has a large closet and two windows. The house itself is fairly spacious and includes a full kitchen, large living room and a small backyard. The house is close to a new Harris Teeter grocery store, many restaurants and near the H st. corridor. The ideal housemate would be reasonably tidy and pet-friendly.
