I have been living in the Wisconsin Place apartments for about 3 months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The building itself is well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities, from the fitness center to the relaxing rooftop pool. The common areas are always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
The real standout, though, is the leasing office team and front desk staff. From day one, they have been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Tyrelle made the move-in process seamless and always goes above and beyond to ensure any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and they genuinely care about the well-being of residents.
The location is perfect, with easy access to the Metro and shopping, making it a great spot for both work and play.
Moving into Wisconsin Place was one of the best decisions I've made. From the moment I arrived, the friendly management team made me feel welcome and supported. My apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. The amenities have quickly become my favorite spots to relax and stay active. The location is unbeatable, close to grocery stores and public transportation, and everything I need is just a short walk away. Every detail, from the prompt maintenance responses to the thoughtful little touches around the property, shows how much they care about their residents. I wholeheartedly recommend Wisconsin Place to anyone looking for a comfortable, vibrant, and welcoming place to live.

I’ve been living at Wisconsin Place for about three months now, and it’s been a fantastic experience! While apartment hunting in the area, I toured five other communities, and the staff at Wisconsin Place stood out as the most helpful and responsive by far. Most of the other tours were self-guided, with limited interaction beyond the front desk. In contrast, when I visited Wisconsin Place for a self-guided tour, I was immediately greeted by Tyrelle, who provided all the information I needed and patiently answered my questions about the units I was interested in. Porche was also incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for the move in process. Since moving in, both Tyrelle and Porche have continued to be responsive and supportive, which has made the experience even better.
The building and my unit have been mostly problem-free. For the few minor issues I’ve encountered, Omar from the maintenance team has been amazing. He’s responded to all my service requests within a day—often within just a couple of hours—and has been very helpful every time.
Overall, the friendly community and staff at Wisconsin Place truly set it apart from other apartments in the area. I would highly recommend living here to anyone!

We moved here 1year and a half ago, and have had a great experience living here. The staff is professional and friendly, the building is always well mantained, and we enjoy the amenities avalable in the building (pool during the summer, gym, etc). Plus the neighbourhood is great and very safe.
Moved here in November from Philly and have been extremely happy with both our apartment and the entire team. Tyrelle in particular in the leasing office has been our point person and I cannot say enough about how fantastic he is. Moving can be a stressful process, but throughout it all, he has been warm, hard-working, meticulous, and quick to follow up regarding anything we have needed. Do yourself a favor and ask to work with him! In addition, our apartment is well designed, comfortable, and spacious with beautiful windows and lots of light. Any minor issues we have had have been promptly addressed by the wonderful maintenance team. The amenities included are great and the location cannot be better, as you can access the metro without even leaving the building. We looked at many apartment buildings for months before settling on this one and definitely made the right decision.
I've only lived here a short time but have found the staff to outstanding; with such a large building (425 units) there's a broad group of residents and all are very friendly. I'm alone so have relied on maintenance for assistance. No more than a day (for non-emergencies) and all are really wonderful. The concierge desk is staffed by very friendly, helpful and professional people. And it's 24/7 coverage. The building is very secure. It's a gorgeous building--very clean and a lot of amenities. The gym is great; a business center; private rooms (at no additional cost) for watching football or having a small event. Parking garage is enormous as it's shared with a shopping area. Whole Foods, Metro, tons of restaurants are all around. The leasing staff could not have been more helpful with the move. The printed information provided everything I needed with phone numbers. I am very happy in my new lovely, large apartment.

Although we have not rented an apartment at Wisconsin Place (at least not yet), I wanted to share our very positive experience with the tour that we took in July. We had signed up for a self-guided tour, but when we arrived, Tyrelle Kelly, an Assistant Community Manager, took the time to show us around. Tyrelle was friendly, helpful, very well informed about Wisconsin Place, and very professional. In fact every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Based on our experience during the visit we would be very comfortable renting an apartment at Wisconsin Place.

My partner and I moved here in August and we have loved living here. Tyrelle is amazing! He is so responsive and helpful. The building is safe and generally quiet. The maintenance and front desk staff have always been helpful whenever we have needed assistance, too. I would recommend Wisconsin Place to anyone looking for a safe and peaceful place to live. We love the amenities available in the building and the community!
