This unit is currently occupied and will be shown with approved applications only. Walk into this home from the side door of the fenced yard you will find an updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas range. Through that is a large living and dining space with natural light from the east and south. Down the hall you will find a renovated bath, 2nd bedroom which is large enough for a queen bed, primary bedroom which is very large. The home has hardwood floors and is in amazing condition. Downstairs you have your own washer and dryer and storage area. 1 Car garage included, you can also park a car behind your space. As a tenant you will be responsible for gas and electric. Tenant is responsible for snow removal, lawn care, w/s/t is taken care of by the owner. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
