This unit is available for in person tours. Video walkthrough and photos are from before our current tenant are located on the Guardian Property Management website. 12-24 month lease with option to renew at that time. All three levels have a bathroom! The main level of the home has hardwood floors and a 3 season porch. 2 bedrooms and a full bath are located on the main level. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with 3/4 bath. Downstairs is another full bath, family room, office or bonus room, laundry. Tenant would be responsible for all utilities and lawn and snow. Mower is at property. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
