The main floor also features an open and spacious living room. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the 2nd level. The basement is large and wide open allowing for a ton of storage. The first month's rent and deposit(s) as outlined below are needed prior to moving in. We are unable to accept partial deposits or payments when it comes to what's needed prior to moving in. Pets are negotiable, the yard is not fully fenced. If this listing is active, the property is still available. We look for gross income to be at least 3x what the monthly rent is unless your receiving housing assistance (i.e. if the monthly rent is $1k we look for a gross income of $3k a month). We do conduct a background check, application fee is $30 per person for each person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the property.
